I marinated Talipia with the Cajun Luau all day or (you can overnight). I put broiler on High and broiled fish for a few minutes on each side until done. Roasted some sliced almonds put on top. Oh my gosh the flavor of the sauce mixed with the almonds--it was the best fish dish I have ever ate. You have to get the sauce and try it for yourself...you will be coming back for more, more, more sauce. I love this stuff!!!!!! |
