This sauce will eliminate the boring burger with little effort. I brushed this on during the last flip of my burgers. The smokey flavor amplied the smoke flavor from my ceramic grill, but also added the heat without having to add Jalapenos on my burger. The hot spice flavor in this sauce was better than what I normally get from using peppers. It was evenly spread on the meat and not overwhelming during any one bite on my burger. The heat flavor is hot, but does not linger, it's just right. This would make a great wing sauce for people who prefer a BBQ hot wing vice traditional hot wings.
